Bus Axle Lube Level?

Question about the rear axle on my bus their is 3 plugs I assume the bottom one that is RED is the drain, the higher one with the blue arrow is the fill and the middle one with the green arrow is the fill level?

87 Chevy C60 chassis

Thanks

Actually, the green is to see how low the level is if you can't finger the level on the upper one (so I have been told).

Another reply I have received else where is the upper hole is the fill and fluid level hole the middle hole (green arrow) is a place where they can install a temp sensor in some applications, the lower hole is the drain.
