But seriously now, are you thinking about getting it rebuilt? Looks like there's a gasket that's failing. I could be wrong, but I'd consider pulling it off, taking it apart - photo documentation to be able to put it together, be sure there's no interior damage, and put it together and be done. Of course if you're not a mechanic, have it done professionally.....

Leaning towards rebuild. Bluebird answered and provided a parts sheet of all the major components. Now just to find the parts.

Hmmm...Blue Bird. Is it Ross power steering? If so, you might check with these guys...

I little power steering oil added is a whole lot cheaper than a rebuild. Mine leaks too...close your eyes. ;)

Yup, it would be cheaper.. but it makes that awful noise when turning. The one that makes you tense up. So figured start with the obvious. The leaking part. That may or may not solve the problem.

Obviously you have checked the fluid and its the correct fluid, which should be 30w oil? The level covers the sight glass.

Check over in the Wanderlodge Owners Group site. They had a guy that
changed the upper seal on his unit without removing it from the vehicle
and showed lots of pictures and a good explanation on how he did it.
