Expidited Oil, tran, coolant analysis

I occasionally run oil analysis on my personal cars and trucks, just to see how they are doing, and I use blackstone labs and I always like that they give you a good english translation of what the test results are.

But I also remember them not exactly being speedy with the results, and I don't think they do coolant analysis.

So if i go look at a Bus to purchase, I would like to do the oil analysis, since if the engine or tranny go out, the cost goes up so dramatically to get that replaced. But who should you send the analysis to if you want to get the results in a hurry so you can follow up with purchase?

BTW, I got started with doing the Oil Analysis for my unit in the 80's in the Army, and I remember they had some huge statistic they had on how much oil they saved by only doing oil changed if oil analysis showed it needed to be changed. It was also hilarious that if someone tried to cheat and get multiple samples from a clean can, or only draw from one vehicle rather than opening all the vehicles up to take samples. The analysis people could tell and would send back a retest notice, with exactly what stunt the guys taking the sample did to it.

I've used Blackstone as well and I have generally gotten my results within a week of sending my samples to them. Maybe you just caught them at a busy time? The results come very quickly since they email them to you.

I have places around me like mobile mechanics,Gregory Poole that do there own analysis so maybe locate something that and touch base with them.
They might help and might not?
Good luck

If you mail to BS in plain box, it will get there quicker.

Now BS pays postage to them so unless you don't mind up to a 3 week wait for USPS, pay yourself.
