Finding parts

Hi,

Not sure this right forum but it is a mechanical question. I've narrowed my sights on a short bus, specifically 2003 Chevy Express School bus 15 passenger 6.0 Liter Gas engine

How hard is it to find parts for this type of bus? Thinking ahead.

Thanks!

Mechanical/drivetrain parts no problem. The 6.0 is considered a good motor. Hopefully the mileage is not above 200k.

School bus parts, not too sure, but the bus you're pointing to is new enough that there should be new and used stuff available still.
Good luck.
Is this specimen from the Rust Belt?

Thank you! Had a mechanic look at it for me yesterday. No rust to be found.

Extremely easy to find parts for any modern Chevy product. That 6.0 is in my work truck. Its going on 300K now.

As the others said, parts for the engine and chassis would be very easy to find at parts stores. The 6.0 gasser is a very good engine!
