identification help

I am looking at a '97 thomas with the vin # 1T7HR3B2XV1143728. The vin decoder I found shows this as a 6 cylinder Diesel. What does that mean. It's a 78 passenger bus if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance.

Dang I wish you had posted yesterday?
I worked in Greenville today and would have been happy to go look at it for you.
Might be there again, but it will be later in the week if I do.
Good luck

Thanks to all who replied, my wife and I are still in the planning stages. Y'all are great. We are thinking of looking at it soon. have to get someone lined up to drive it back home and have my yard ready for it first.
