Opinions needed on general purpose jack I'm considering

At the present moment - as per a recent thread - I need to get my rear wheel a bit off the ground to try to re-seat a tire that broke the bead. So I need a jack. BUT - I'd like to get a jack that has as much usefulness for future jobs - whatever they may be - as possible.

Do you think the following would be a useful tool to have? Any thoughts, opinions, or alternatives would be appreciated. FYI the bus - full-size IC 3800 6-window 'short bus'.

That’s a good choice for functionality, weight and footprint. Carry some wood blocks to make a stable platform on soft surfaces.

A little pricey but the air-operated portion will make the task much easier and quicker. As Danjo said, carry wood blocks for soft surfaces.

Thanks guys. Trigger Pulled. Got it on the wood. The air for me is worth the price, especially since the bus has air brakes which I could use the operate the jack in a pinch. Not getting any younger.
