Good Morning,
I am not sure what this beam or bar is. I have a 2002 International 35 Foot RE Bus. The wheel wells have been pretty rusty, and the front stairs underneath. I climbed into the passenger wheel well and near the top stair, there is what looks like a beam, running the width of the bus. It is directly where the top of the wheel well would connect to the floor. It is so rusted out, i could put my hand through it. I'm not sure if this is structural, or just a beam under the floor and I may not have to worry...
