I do not know anything about how this would have been set up originally, but if I were wiring it the safety switch would would provide the power to the other 2 switches so that accidentally bumping just the starter button would not do anything because the safety switch has to be turned on also, I would wire the ign switch to power whatever fuel shutoff the bus currently uses for shutdown, I assume a fuel solenoid on the injector pump.
