TC2000 radiator bleed valves?

Need some help with the radiator.

Removed the under seat heaters, looped off the hose. Cut the engine on, "coolant low" light. Duh.

Apparently the coolant doesn't go in the overflow tank that says "cold fill" on it. Ok, cool, siphoned it back out. Sitting here with the rather unhelpful manual.

Thinking I need to find the bleed valves. Attaching some pictures. The coolant goes directly into the radiator through the cap? Is that a bleed valve in the picture, the skinny little wire thing in the skinny tube?

Supposed to drive this thing in four days and I'm beyond panic at this point. I have a driver coming out, but he hasn't been able to come look at it.

Any encouragement or hints are welcome.

First off take a DEEP breath and relax. This is a simple procedure and you can do this!

1. When the engine is cold open up the radiator cap. Fill to the top of the rad but not spilling out. Put cap on.
2. Open the overflow bottle. Fill the overflow bottle with coolant to the cold line. Close cap.
3. Start engine and let warm up to operating temp. Will require some throttle and/or engine load to fully warm up. Check level in overflow bottle as it’s running.
4. Let engine cool to the touch.
5. Check level in overflow bottle again and if it dropped fill it back up.
6. Repeat process until the level is consistent when cold and consistent when hot. The level in the bottle should never be empty!

Thank you.

We got through step 2 and we are now over in this thread about how she cranks but she do not go:

I'm still breathing, though. Mostly deeply.
