While surfing for information I stumbled upon a 2005 US Army support manual # TM9-2320-303-24-1 for servicing what appears to be a freightliner tractor.
The actual document is 1,244 pages!
In this document is a section for troubleshooting a WTEC 3 system which is commonly found in buses with an MD3060 transmission.
The WTEC manual is about 177 pages.
I am attaching the manual in PDF form and also a link to the master document issued by the US army.
