A question for the TBI experts

Howdy folks:

Okay, I've got a 1997 GMC Bluebird with a 366 and an Allison AT545 that was converted
to propane long before it came to me and I've been thinking that it would be nice if it were
converted back to being a gasser - and I've already acquired two 60 Gal gas tanks towards that goal. What I'd like to do is install a Rochester TBI system, rather than going with a regular carb, but I'm having a hard time locating a TBI for a 366, or any other big block for that matter. So I was wondering if I could use the TBI from a GMC/Chevy 350
small block? I realize that I may have to replace the injectors and I would definitely have to re-flash the chip in the ECM, but could the TBI from a 350 be adapted to a 366 big block? And do I have to have a governer in the system?

Thanks for your input.

Thanks Rusty, but when you visit that site most of those parts ( the major ones especially ) are NLA - "No Longer Available," so I'm still searching.

The 366 is close enough in size to the 350, that a TBI unit from a 350 should work well. I have done a number of carb to TBI conversions mostly International 345's. Have a new Holley TBI waiting to put on the bus right now.
