Are Duramax Parts Compatible?

Current bus is my first diesel and I know since its a van front its different than the Sierras and such, but are basic parts such as Oil and Fuel filters the same? Having a hard time finding a straight answer. I have a 6.6L LMM if that helps

The great thing about these busses is that you can find a bounty of info through your VIN. If you call up a shop that specializes in diesels or even the bus manufacturer and give them you’re VIN they can tell you almost anything you need. It’s what I used to find filters for my International. The filters themselves had been faded from years of exposure.

Sounds like a plan. Thank you!
