GMC 366 B-60 Fuel Filter ?

Iknow I'm asking a ton of questions lately, but I'm trying to become an expert of this thing.....
Todays question of the day:
Where is the fuel filter located on my 1987 Chevrolet 366? My Chevy manual is not very clear with this (at least for my engine...The Duetz and Diesel is another story). I think it mentions somewhere on a frame rail.....
Thanks!!

I know this is an old topic but.....the fuel filter is near the tank...it looks like an oil filter. Mine had a replaceable element...BUT....I had to order it for a ford 390 to get the right part!!!
