Exclamation 90 International water pump questions

I believe that my water pump is bad, small amount of coolant leaking from inside the pulley. Worsened after a thousand miles. Now starting to sling out. What is the best way to go about removing the pump? Can I take the belts loose and remove pump, fan and all? I know that the proper thing to do is call a pro, but I'll do that after I break it. Looking for help, any would be appreciated.

What engine do you have?
I've never done the water pump on anything bigger than a pickup, but they're generally pretty easy. Usually you remove the fan so you can install it on the new pump.
Have you tried youtube?

I second Youtube. Almost any make, model or procedure is available. The quality of instruction varies greatly from one video to the other, but that's easier than getting an explanation on here.
