97-03 International T444E Service Manual PDF

Took me a long time to track this down and compile it ... download the PDF for free HERE, or pay $120USD on eBay. It is complete minus a few blank pages to cut down on the file size.

ENJOY.

I have that and also have the full Oncommand which is about 5 gigs of stuff...

i think my t444E diagnostics is interactive if run in windows.. I know the oncommand is.. does your T444E have 9 sections mosrt of them dated from 2004?

and of course internztional gives away the servicemaxx J1708 now which is what we need for the T444E / DT466E

remember to downgrade your IE or run it in compatibility mode for ie8 or ie9 and set the security low enough to allow activeX to run... that whole setup (if its the same one I have) is browser based...

we need a palce to compile service information for the busses..

Here is the T444e Diagnostic Manual as well: https://www.dropbox.com/s/y1vt3i3ude...mized.pdf?dl=0

It has some really useful flowcharts. I've used them a couple times to diagnose electrical issues.

is that the one which goes through the Computer as well as the mechanics?

I have 2 now one that is more the mechanics, and one which tests and shows proper values for all of the Electronics as well.

It is largely electrical diagnostics, including the computer modules. If I'm not mistaken, it also has mechanical diagnostic flow charts, but it doesn't walk through repair procedures. That's when the service manual steps up to the plate.

perfect it sounds like the same set I have then.. thats exsctly how the 2 volumes I have are.. one does the diagnotsics and the other manual shows you how to actual remove and reinstall the parts...

this is a great time to be compiling this information as more and more members are buying HEUI busses...

one thing to add is that the full set of info I have (I think its the same that the OP posted).. also covers some diagnostics and info on the cummins engines when they were used on an international Chassis...

a lot of the T-444E diagnostics for the electronic sensors also applies to the DT-466E, as the 466E also utilized the HEUI system.. while the mechanics are totallty different, the concepts of the fuel and oil systems are vewry similar..

the cummins are not HEUI engines, they use some electronic controls but most of the ones we will be dealing with in the forums here will be mechanical Injection pumps.

By chance does anyone have the electrical diagrams? I have a gremlin that sets off my dash alarm everytime I pull the headlight switch. Drives me crazy.
The brake pressure sensor specifically is the one going off. I think probably it's the tan wires off my headlite switch maybe melted into the brake pressure sensor wires....pls jesus be easy...

You will want a detroit engine manual. International is the chassis maker...and they do have their own engine line...but detroit is a different engine company altogether. Actually I think that Thomas is a coach maker company. So your frame is international, cabin is thomas and your engine is detroit. You may luck out...but you might have better luck in the detroit engine/drivetrain forum.

Probably not.....

DT-360 is manufactured by International along with it's larger siblings, DT-466 and DT-530.
