Code 251 is glow plug control self test fault. Does your "Wait to Start" light come on when the key is ON and then goes out? Does it come on and go out immediately?

Code 325 is engine power reduced due to high coolant temps or fan issue.
Code 113 is a low battery voltage code.
Code 313 is a low oil pressure code.
Code 321 engine temp too hot.
Code 225 is another oil pressure code.
Code 626 is unexpected Reset possibly from dead batteries.
Code 231 is a communication link error
Code 525 is injector driver circuit fault.

Clear all the codes with a scan tool like I linked earlier and then we can see what comes back. I would also check the engine oil and see if it's clean or dark and burnt. Check the engine fan or fans and see if they are working. Check the condition of the engine coolant.
Johnny Mullet,

I think I have one electrical fan.
Oil doesn’t strike me as abnormal... translucent black.
Regarding the glow plugs, the bus barn, from what I gathered when I talked to the guy, put them on a manual switch. To answer your question though, the wait to start light comes on and stays on 7 seconds or so and the oil pressure idling on startup according to this gauge is like 5?!

WOW. That cannot be A: Good or B: Accurate?!

I got the scan gauge ordered today and should arrive tomorrow to see what I can do with these codes.

Thanks for all the help!

Update:

Here is this only code the Scan Gauge is showing.

Additionally, I think my oil pressure gauge is non functioning. The needle does not move with increased throttle...Surely if I had 5psi, the computer would shut me down or reduce power?

Interesting... there is this cool box in my engine bay with which I can start the engine and it has oil pressure gauge.

This is on startup! So according to my gauges I should have between 0 and 60 psi

From Linear Logic: FM: 4 - Voltage below normal or shorted low
