Exhaust!? What Should I Do?
This Is The Exhaust Part That Goes Up Into The Engine. Should I Just Replace This With Another Pipe? Or Do I Have A Bigger Problem On My Hands?
If I Should Replace It, Whats The Best Place/Website To Go?

Rusted out flex pipe. Yes, replace it, it will definitely affect performance.

What ECCB said. Here's a link IF you have 4 inch pipe.
https://www.ryderfleetproducts.com/h...s48-17b40048ss
and these clamps, you'll need two.
https://www.ryderfleetproducts.com/h...-p-s48-20400es
Other sizes available, make sure to measure.

Flex pipe is fairly common in the trucking industry, should be widely and readily available. Universal stuff.
