Help stopping dt466e

So on another thread have had a lot of great help troubleshooting my starting issues, along with some constant smoking.

Anyhow, started first crank tonight, and I let the bus run for quite a while to see if it would stop smoking after it got up to temp.

After 25 minutes, wt was up to about 147, and then it started with this knocking noise. I took a short video of the sound that i can post in a bit.

Anyhow, i turned it off because i didn't like the noise.
A few minutes later i started it back up(took a few tries) just to see if it had trouble starting again.

2 minutes in i turned of the key, but it kinda clunked a long, then all of a sudden started back up again on its own ( i was panicked, key was off) but after prob 20 seconds it stop and puked smoke out of the air filter.

Any ideas what the heck happened?
kinda scary

thanks,
dave

That does not sound good. Like maybe oil puking through the system from a bad turbo or maybe oil rings or pistons. Get that video up and maybe we can better diagnose the issue.

Thanks,

Here is the video.
For the first say 20 minutes it ran, smoked a lot but didn't hear the knocking.
