Not hard at all. The frame rails are the same width under the cab. That’s the most important part really. The front fenders can be widened to however wide you want to cover the front wheels.
Remember this is an f600, not an f1 so the genders are already substantially larger.
The inner fenders might be a challenge.......or completely fabricated to go around the suspension components and engine as needed.

Here’s the truck I’m working with as a reference.
The wheels on this truck are 22.5” and the tires stand 37” tall.

I was thrown off by your 60" measurement. That was track and not fender width. With the frame configuration being the same your work is half done.

That’s kinda what I was thinking too. I mean, wheelbase doesn’t really apply since it can be modified (that’s an entirely different discussion to have at another time. I’m sure I will get a billion differing opinions on that topic) and it doesn’t matter how wide the rear is, so that entire back half is basically out of the equation.
It was mostly the front to see if it was anywhere near.
The interior of this truck is immaculate so I’d like to avoid butchering it as much as possible. I’m not opposed to widening front fenders. And the grill area can remain intact since the fenders come down beside the grille.

My local school district just bought 6new busses and have 3 available for sale. I must need to go throw a tape measure on them and see what I can make happen.

If there's only a few inches difference between the two I would try and mount the body as is and change the wheels to an offset that would work.
