First off before you do anything. Drain the radiator and engine oil. Get a lot of cheap oil and flush the engine. If not, corrosion will start damaging things. Next, drop the pan , fill the cooling system with water and pressurize. look for leaks at the bottom of the liners. If leaking do them all. BTW, there is an upgrade kit with 4 ring pistons. worth it.
If no leaks at the liners, the oil cooler is blown. dt466 is known for this.
I have done the 466 and 466E. It's not hard just don't damage the liner seals on installation and don't damage the injector tips.
I pulled my head manifolds, injectors and all.
BTW My liners came out easy. I have a homemade puller but they might come out with a brass drift.
