Mystery dash light

I’ve got a 2000 international 3800 school bus with the t444e motor and I’ve got a dash light that comes on intermittently and I can’t figure a pattern to it I included a couple pictures hopefully someone can tell what it’s for ???? 🤔

Its not a 'brake pilot' is it? (comes on with your brake lights?)

No don’t think so cause it doesn’t come on with the brakes it will come on some times going down the road or parked or sometimes flash haven’t found a pattern to it

maybe its related to an old video recording system? or if you removed the school lights it may have been a light that was on to tell you the reds are "armed" for auto stop.. and a wire is bouncing around somewhere shorting it causing it to light.. id pull the panel and see if that wire goes down to say the Weldon school light controller or such

Awesome.

When my kids are out on the road in a school bus, I'm glad someone knows where they are at all times

Insurance company trackers ... not so happy with them.
