ICP = Injection Control Pressure.

Google is your friend for finding replacement sensor and instructions how to change.

The ICP sensor is on the left side of the engine, towards the top. If you follow the oil line from the high pressure pump up to the oil rail you should see the ICP sensor on that oil rail. It may be slightly tucked behind your ECM.

I would post a picture if it weren't such a pain on this site.

Look at the driver side of the engine. The HPOP is bolted to the timing gear housing towards the top of the engine. From the pump goes a pipe to the high pressure oil gallery on the block. The sensor is right behind the fitting for the high pressure oil pipe. It (obviously) has wiring going to it.

I found it and I unplugged it and she started. So I ordered a new one and IPR also.
Thanks.

Excellent news, the Navistar ECM will use default parameters to start the bus when the ICP is not plugged in. So I would say you found the culprit. Definitely not a bad idea to replace the IPR at the same time though as they work in conjunction with each other.
