Options for sending parts overseas..

Hello all. I'm testing the waters for options regarding needed parts for my overseas (Holland) International 198x bus with the International 9.0L engine. Getting parts at home is a matter of luck, while frustratingly enough there are heaps laying around in the USA, I've seen them on Ebay.

My bus needs 1 oil pressure sending unit, 2 back axle oil seals, and for kicks a block heater while I'm at it. All parts fit inside a shoe box.
Options are 'Shipitto' that uses regular suite numbers (not PO boxes) to send items overseas and deal with custom forms etc.. Shipping costs would be around $50, + any fees by the ppl packaging the stuff + extra's like pics and insurance..

Another would be to ask someone here who's done it before to do it for me, with me sending money in advance trough Paypal etc (+fee of coarse) and me taking the risks without BS. Also sending it as 'a gift' or 'sample' greatly reduces hassle with our customs (extra taxes).

Has anyone done this before?
