Plethora of 392 motors and a pesky MT40 to boot. Thoughts.

Hi! I'm currently in the process of doing a major rework of my 1970 Superior with a 392 international, Allison mt-40 . The previous owner gave me 2...yes...two extra 392 motors when I bought the bus. I am planning on keeping the existing 392 in it because it was recently rebuilt, but the Allison is another problem It shifts ok, but I dont like the idea of parts becoming fewer and fewer. Any suggestion? Comments? concerns?
Check out what I'm working with here:

I remember that bus, loved the look of it

If the tranny works good now, how many years or miles do you think it can go?

We go maybe 3500 a year, no time with this pesky work thing
