T444E oil leak and cooling project

Greetings all! Currently working on a project in the engine compartment of Joon and would love a few pointers!

Trying to fix an oil leak from a plate mounted just below the HPOP. The P/O gooped it up, but I'm assuming the high oil pressure is too much for the sealant he used. Any idea what it is and how to get an actual gasket for this plate?

Other items I'm tackling include:

Oil change
Trans fluid change
CAC replacement (haven't found a suitable one yet)
Radiator flush and clean (done!)
Dipstick seal replacement (the easy method, hopefully)
Oil cooler o ring replacement (small leak)
Rear end oil change

If anyone has done any of the these projects on the 444 and wants to share tips I'm more than willing to listen! Cheers!
