So I have been doing some looking and I can't find any part that is supposed to be there on injector 5. Any ideas?

2 things,
can you find a place that will test the injectors?
and there may be copper washers in the holes where the injector sits, my t444e had washers there. It sure looks like you have a injector problem, mine didn't look nearly as bad as your did when I replaced them.

I realized that The Desiel Store's price list showed top mount injectors only for their sample price list. The note above the list states they service a large range of injectors not represented on the sample price list. I called and left a message with my injector details and expect to hear back from them after the holiday.

I sent all 6 injectors to The Diesel Store yesterday for cleaning and testing.
