If it's a 98-02, then yes. It's not identical to the ones in the Dodges, but pretty close. Differences in manifolds, and pistons are just a couple of the bigger differences. In the early 90s, it would be an 8.3, and older than that (60s & 70s) would be in the 11 to 14 liter range.

pickup and truck engine arent the same when buying the parts... this engine is a very good engine, just dont buy one with a million miles on it.
