Cummins NHHTO parts

Hello there guys I'm new here and would like to thank you for adding me to your stellar community.

I have a 1968 Gillig School Bus
With a Cummins NHHT 262 pancake Turbo diesel
With 10 speed Eaton Fuller transmission.

I'm trying to source a water pump and pulley or a rebuild kit for the pump, any help would be greatly appreciated

Anyone with any ideas on this?

I'm really trying to find a source for parts or a complete pump. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jack

I know a lot of the parts for the small cam are getting fewer and farther between.

If Cummins doesn't have the part you are going to have to start searching the internet for one if yours can't be rebuilt.

I think your best bet is you are going to have to find an old time shop that still rebuilds the cores they receive. They most likely will have an impeller that would work as well as bushing and seals.

Cummins doesn't have the part...

And can't really offer much help. I'm a mechanic and run my own business in the muscle cars world. So if I could just get my hands on the parts, I can rebuild the pump. I've been trying for a while now to find a source for them.

Somebody on here had the same issue that you did with I believe the same engine. I'll see if I can find the thread to link.

I know I can't be the only one who has come up against this issue.
