Fuel water separator location, 8.3

Hate to ask as the answer is probably simple:
Located spin on fuel filter on 94 BB All American, 8.3 Cummins, but no sign of separator or drain cock. Is the spin on filter the only component? Or is there another filter that I am not seeing? Or possibly these 2 filters are interchangeable?

Thanks in advance.Click image for larger version

On my bus there is one fuel filter in the engine bay and another next to the fuel tank.

Thanks for the reply. After some homework I learned a previous owner deleted the filter. I cant see why, but I found the mount where it used to go and am working on a solution.
