Over the rainbow, naturally. Just follow the yellow brick road.

Most of us has given up on wiring schematics. You're in the same boat as I am and I haven't been able to find any wiring diagrams except on the inside of the electrical panel door below the drivers window.

I know it doesn't make sense but after you've invested significant time toward finding a wiring schematic you'll end up working without one. They do not seem to have put that information online for some reason. There are schematics available but they don't go back to '97. If you somehow do happen to find schematics for your bus, please share them.

A schematic illustrates how a circuit works logically. Most troubleshooters prefer schematic diagrams.
A wiring diagram shows how wires and components are connected, but not necessarily in logical order. Many installers prefer wiring diagrams.
Pretty sure most people want wiring diagrams. That being said, the parts department at my local Bluebird dealer was very nice about it and got the wiring diagrams for both the chassis and the body for my 1991.

I came across this link a while back, but the library starts at 2002. However, I used it successfully for a 1999 by entering a VIN of a 2002 I found on the internet.

Try it and see if it helps you. Many years of busses are so close to previous years that even "wrong" diagrams are useful.

I purchased a 1995 Bluebird a few months back and figured I was going to need the shop manuals, after a-lot of calls and research the cost was going to be around $350.00 bummer. Then I ran across BISHKO AUTOMOTIVE Literature, the customer service was great but again $350.00 for my model. The the agent said "you know we have it on DVD for less". Long story short $59.00 for both manuals delivered in 3 days, sold American. here is the phone number 1-800-544-3312, and web site Bishko Books, Repair Manuals, Owners Manuals, Parts Books & Sales Brochures, your vin will be handy, I suggest to call they are very helpful.

That's highway robbery to make CDs and sell them for $59. On the other hand where else are you going to get them?
