Transmission modulator cable 5.9 MT643

Hello,
I am trying to figure out how my transmission modulator cable is supposed to be attached to my throttle. 12 Valve Cummins Allison MT643 Transmission. When I purchased the bus the cable was disconnected. 96 Bluebird Tc2000 front engine flatnose. Click image for larger version
