Excellent looking and working unit Dog Rescuer! It is inspiring to see someone actually driving and using their bus as compared to construction phase.

Happy Trails to you.

Thanks John!
I am loving living here int he bus.
Every day is a new adventure - and I find different things that work and don't work.
The best part is everything I own is on wheels and ready for those new adventures!

We have spent a few nights in various parking lots - which is interesting. I love the county and state parks - some as little as $5 a night - others up to about $25. The best spots are on friends properties because the cost is zero!

I'll be on east coast until Tuesday morning and then I'm heading up to Apopka. And then Wednesday morning I fly to California. Maybe we can hook up before you head out from Florida.

How are those LEDs working for you.......do you get flashed by oncoming drivers very often? I thought I read of someone else here having that issue.

My stock lights are terrible. When driving it home after purchase, I had to pull off the road as soon as it got full dark......the only way I knew they were working was when a semi would pull in ahead of me and they would reflect off the trailer's doors.

Don - these are great. I have not had any driver flash me - and have driven around a lot at night. They really work well.
The old halogen lamps were terrible - I could barely see anything driving at night - These cost $50 for the pair on Amazon. Quick and easy install.
I am pretty confident you will thank yourself over and over again for putting these on your bus!!

Bernie's are great pups and so are their cousins. I had a rescue Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. 140 pound female who was a really sweet animal.

Visit with the folks on Christmas Day - then back on the road. This time I grabbed my car, too...
TheBiggieBus pulls it like a champ - but we now are at about 50’ [emoji15]. Parking is rough.

A cold start to another Florida Winter Morning - but we love that the mosquitoes are hiding!

We stayed at Lake Manatee State Park (very pretty) for two nights - and now met up with two Skoolies at Collier-Seminole State Park!
I found some possible solutions for carrying the generator. Skoolie people are so willing to share and help one another.

I love my bus! ❤️ I was able to get a spot at a County Park because most RVs would not fit into this space - I was able to wedge between several pine trees and will be here for 2 weeks.

This will give me time to figure out a plan for under-bus storage and a rack of some sort to carry my generator. I am glad to be able to stop for a few weeks. I put on 5000 miles in the last 2.5 months and still havent left Florida!

Average MPG is at 9.78 [emoji51]
