You can tell it's all terrain because it's green!

going to UTAH!!!!

I am heading to Utah in a week. Does anyone know a good State Park or Camp close to Salt Lake City?

I am picking up a dog down there - then will likely be heading to Washington State.

ps: This is ODIN - a 2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog that will be joining me on my journey.

Speaking of "rescues"...

just got a call from my Ex. Our rescue pup just died. Loved that little guy and wanted her to have him.

RIP Mike...the happiest damned dog I have ever known.

Full name: Officer Michael Hanrahan (after the officer who was feeding him along side the road...good guy)

I am sorry for the loss. I know how hard losing a dog can be... I love rescues. And I love the memories they keep in my heart.

Roger,

We spent a day at jordanelle state park and really enjoyed it, but to be fair we spent the whole time fishing. It's just a couple miles outside of salt lake City.

When you go to Washington are you meeting up with pnw_steve? Him and his wife are great people.

Beautiful dog by the way!

Condolences Tango. Loosing a pet is harder for me than losing most humans.
