I've been working on my skoolie through the harsh winter here in NY with a propane heater. But I see the light at the end of the tunnel...come on Spring!!

No wood burning stove? I think I would put one of those in first off the bat, in upstate N.Y. I had a girlfriend from Union Springs a long time ago and went up there with her, pretty part of the country.

If I was staying in NY I would have done that. That's not to say I won't install one in future. Who knows?

had to deploy the awning yesterday to see how it was doing, had not used it yet this season, and good thing I did, it was really wet after the last snows, let it dry out for a few hours. It looked in fine shape otherwise. Ordered my BusKote insulating roof paint too. Gotta do that before Florida!
