Houston peeps!

my husband and I are about to embark on the skoolie journey and were wondering if anyone in houston (or surrounding area) has a bus we can come by and check out? We could grab some beers or bring some pizza, pick your brains some. We would love to do it anytime before Feb 1st (we will be getting our bus then)

So let us know! We would love to hear everything everyone has to say

Welcome!

I am not in Houston but I am sure they will be along shortly. There are several members here from the Houston area.

You are fortunate to have so many Skoolie neighbors

Good luck with your endeavors.

There are at least 8 on the skoolie map in the Houston area.

I’m not far from you Desi2p. I’m between Manvel & Alvin just off Hwy6. We are basically through with our conversion. Just a couple of things to the A/C that need to be done and figure out our paint scheme.

Hi, my partner and I are getting started w the skoolie life, and we were wondering if any buses in Houston would mind allowing us to view your build? We aren't very experienced, but we have lots of building helpers. We just need ideas and expertise from a fellow skoolie lifer. Thank in advance e for any help!

Right on more H-Town peeps!! My wife and I are in Houston and just getting started. What kinda bus are you looking for? Maybe we wont have to bid against each other in the upcoming months.

I have a wish list of course, maybe a team might be better to help the search.

Bob

Hey coolskoolers. It may seem inappropriate but I’ve got a lot to be thankful for. My wife had a stroke last night but it looks like she is gonna have a full recovery very fast. Give me about a week and I’ll let y’all know to come and take a look at our build. You can take a look at some f my posts on our build to see what you think. Bluto build, Bluto/Eleanor build. I’m more than happy to share our build....God Save The Queen !!!

I also would want to come by and check your build out I think we had sent messages planning just that and COVID might have delayed plans and life happens too.
Also best wishes for the wife hope all is good !

Yeah, we'd love to come visit your bus too. We can never view too many. Any inspiration on how to structure our build is welcome. Thank you, please let me know when you're free for us to visit. We're coming that way next weekend.
