110 ground plug on bumper

Hey everyone,

Can someone tell me what this is for? I haven't found anything online that clearly explains it. Just wondering if it's for something interior? Or maybe something I could use down the line during the conversion. Thank you.

The pic isn't very clear, it says "110 volts-grounded cord must be used"

That would be for your engine block heater. Warms the coolant up a bit for those extra cold mornings!
