I updated OP, this heater is awesome and works great on 240v (havent tried 120v yet)

had hot water in about 1/2hr

But that's using it normally. I'm still waiting for the 120-volt report at 1/4 power.

Wife talked last winter about maybe visiting the TN mountains this year, but granddaughter now doesn't want to go camping as a teenager, so it never got planned. But if I do get down, I'll say "howdy" and collect.

I found the house on Google earth "just around the corner" from the winery. The bus isn't in the aerial photo, or else it is hidden in the shadow of the trees. There's a fancy house "just a stone's throw" from the winery that did have a different bus in the paved driveway, though.
