1996 E350 Skoolie, persistent alarm after battery disconnect

Group,

I was testing an unknown wire in the back of our short bus (where the wheel chair lift used to be) to see if it was hot. Our 1996 has two batteries and so I was testing each battery to see where it was connected to (apparently it is connected to both although I think one of the batteries is a deep cycle, not sure). Once I connected both batteries back up, the bus starts but there is a persistent alarm going off. Any ideas?

7.3L Diesel if that helps.

Problem Solved

Well sort of, the problem went away so not exactly solved but no longer a problem.

Probably and alarm to signal that a door is open or something along those lines. IIRC, There should be a door switch on the wheel chair door which signals the driver if the door is open via an alarm.
