Basic Question, Fuses and Relays, Wiring Diagrams, Thomas Minotour 2002

We've recently purchased a 2002 Thomas Minotour on a Ford chassis, and we're looking forward to kicking off our conversion!

Before we get into the teardown, I'm hoping someone can give me some guidance on the fuses and relays in the PCB. The bus is missing the relays at K3 (Vandalock), K15 (Strobe Light), K8 (Front Dome Light) and K9 (Rear Dome Light). Not all the installed relays are the same, and there's no sticker inside the PCB compartment listing replacement part IDs. There are a few missing fuses as well, but most of the fuse ratings are listed.

I tracked down an operators manual and wiring manual for a Thomas Minotour around this age over at archive.org, but the owners manual doesn't list replacement parts, and the wiring manual is 300 pages long, and also doesn't give the relay specs (at least in a way that I can recognize them).

Can anyone demystify the relays for me, or point me to a parts reference, or a service manual, or explain to me what relays I need for replacement? Half of them appear to be 792H-1C-C-R1, and the other half appear to be 896H-1CH-C-R1 U03. I think they're the same, except the 792 is 30/40 amp, and the 896 is 50/30 amp?

I owe an introduction, and pictures. But also Hello!

Any luck tracking down the relays?

thanks for the links to the manuals and wiring diagrams!!!! I have an 03 E450 and when removing the lift and sign to get insurance I seem to have killed the power to all auxiliary items including rear running/brake lights. Looks like i'll start with the circuit breaker and then see if I popped any fuses.
Cheers

Yep, I had popped the circuit breaker. There is a good pic of it in the manual on page 71.

Do you have a link to that or can you tell me where the circuit breaker is? I seem to have done the same thing.

Nevermind. It turns out the 150A circuit breaker in the engine compartment wasn't closed all the way and needed to be reset.
