Thanks all for the kudos...
So on my bus, this rear section is isolated from the rest of the bus with a wall just forward of the rear door, (RWD bus). This section contains all the "utility" stuff, electrical, pumps, HW heater, etc, along with a little workbench and tools.
Behind the power wall is the rear deck of the bus that has the outside part of the mini split on it. Rear windows have been removed and replaced with screens. This keeps the unit outside but still protected.
Power system is almost finished, I'm adding thermal controlled exhaust fan in the ceiling and another little box below the load center that will contain logic and some other circuitry.
If I had to do it again, I'd adjust the spacing a bit.. some things are a bit cramped. I'd keep it at 12 V though.
The combination Load Center is from Amazon: WFCO-WF-8930-WF-8950-ULTRA-Distribution
I'm having no problems with the AIMS inverter. it's been running the mini-split for about a year now.
I made my own bus bars from 3/16" copper bar and 3/8" stainless bolts.
Cables are really oversized a bit. 3/0 and 4/0 for the batteries and inverter connections.. They don't get warm..
I've run my welder on solar and the inverter with no problem.
