Gauge Reconditioning

I have two or three gauges not working on my bus they are datcon type, has anyone ever reconditioned their old gauges that did not work, is there anyway to do that? Gauges that are not working tachometer, only works sometimes, oil pressure, and transmission temp. I checked the oil and transmission temp they do have some voltages going to them, just curious if it is something internal on the gauges themselves that could be an easy fix.
