Ground location:Thomas Ford 7.3 > Running lights Non op

I am in search of grounds for the Running lights/ Stop arm / Dimmer control all grounds on that circuit. Wires where cut leaving a ground connected somewhere. Stop arm retracts as soon as I plug in the fuse to that circuit. Nothing else works on that circuit. No power to that circuit. Jumped circuit with Battery . Running lights work marker lights work and switch panel lights up. Dimmer does not dim when I jumped circuit.
Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Thanks to whomever posted the wiring diagram for these buses. I will by pass the circuit if I need to drive at night if I can't find the bad ground. The door switch is not shutting of the light when I close the door so I will investigate that further today. Cheers!

We need much more info to help. Year ,type, body ,pics, etc. If the body is metal, you have no ground wires. You should be looking for power. (fuses, breakers, ). sounds more to me that you are missing a power feed somewhere. at the fuse box ore battery.
