Mystery Buzzer

Hi all, I have a 2001 international school bus, the 3000 model. When I turn the bus on and run the engine I get a loud buzzing sound from a buzzer on top of the electrical system next to the driver seat. I took apart the emergency door alarms but it is still buzzing. The bus does not have air brakes, the oil and transmission fluid are full and there are no warning lights on the dash. Does anyone have any ideas what this buzzer is for/how to fix it.

I use linesmen pliers to cut unwanted wires. If it is just a buzzer, there is no feedback loop / interlock.

Cut the red wire....or was it the black one???

I could do that. I am just concerned it might be indicating a technical issue with the engine?
