Troubleshooting turn signals

Last winter I went through the turn signal system in my bus and made this nice document. I hope it can help others that may have similar issues. My bus is a 1955 Chevy, and the turn signal switch is a Grote 966-4. The flasher relay is Buss 550. This is probably the most basic type of turn signal system as the turn signals are separate from the brake lights.

Hey thanks for the documentation! Someone, somewhere, sometime, will need that. I'm not being sarcastic; we collect ALL the information we can around here.
