Diesel engines are harder to start in general, very hard to start in cold weather. They have dual batteries to help. They have pre-heaters or glow plugs to help. Sometimes the use ether injection to help.
They have engine block warmers that plug-into 110v extension cord to make it easier to start. This is your best bet. It may already be installed. Look by front bumper for 3- prong house plug.
Charge your batteries before you try again.
