Bathroom in front

I haven't seen any floor plans with the bathroom in front (right behind driver). Maybe they are out there but I haven't seen any. As long as there is room below for the tanks in the front there (and as long as venting is done properly to prevent smells), is there any reason this can't or shouldn't be done?

Its your palate. Paint however you want!
I want the loo as far from the drivers seat as I can get it.

LOL. Thanks for the encouragement to take "artistic" liberties.
Do you want the bathroom far away from the driver seat because of smells? Or other reasons?
