Black water/ Gray water tank
can you not combine the two. Run the pipes from shower, toilet, and sink to one tank?
what would be the reprecussions?

The only big deal is the amount of effluent you'll have to dump... or hold. You ever see the people pulling those little blue totes to the dump sites every day? Got the picture?
