A/C removal opinions

I have a 5 window Thomas Vista with two ceiling mount air conditioners. One just behind the front entry (2 fan) and a larger (3 fan) at the rear. My bed will mount high in the rear so it would be nice to remove/move the rear A/C. Any insight on whether the small unit will suffice for 3 or 4 passengers once I insulate?

I though about having the smaller front unit removed to relocate the more powerful one up front near our seating area. The local A/C tech was looking thought the larger unit might be pretty loud over the passengers in front and suggested trying using just the small one. It was hard to tell in our travels last summer because the front one wasn't blowing cold and the rear one was pumping great. Photos show the original A/Cs in place and last years temporary layout.
