Atomic Crown Starndard Heating and Cooling

Calling all Crown Gurus. I need to gain some insight into the stock two large a/c untita and the heating units on the Atomic Crown. I noticed that there are protruding lower and upper systems that run the length of the bus. Who has converted one of these and if so did they remove the old a/c units and rerout the coolant lines? Can the lower kick panels that appear to store the heating ducting be removed? Please someone give me some insight! What has been done? What is the best way to go about this to convert this bus into a functional RV. All information and insight is welcomed!!
