Lg split ac

I have s arched quite a bit and found nothing. It's not like brands advertise that they have the same compressor, unless it's a cheaper brand trying to appear more quality.... Any thoughts on how I would find out this information without buying and tearing them apart?

Ask the seller. An internet search of brand and model will help tons.

Interestingly enough, I did a chat with LG and they explained all LG products are manufactured by LG, so there is no supplier of compressors, etc. Also the plant is in South Korea.

Onto another question, does anybody know of a manufacturer that will warranty one of these in the bus application?

LG does in fact make their own compressors. Reviews show they are not very efficient.
